Fire Showing from the Top Floor - Lockwood Drive

Truck 715 and Rescue Squad 715 were dispatched for "Smoke in the Apartment" at 11564 Lockwood Drive this morning around 1100 hours. Engine 712 arrived on scene in the front with smoke showing from the roof of a four story garden apartment. Truck 715 and Rescue Squad 715 arrived seconds later. Truck 715 arrived in the rear with fire showing from two apartments on the top floor. Truck 715 was able to gain access to the rear and ladder the building on all floors and the roof. Rescue Squad 715 gained entry to the fire apartments and conducted appropriate searches. The Truck crew raised seven portable ladders and opened the roof via the aerial. Crews remained on the scene for quite some time. While the Truck did alright getting in, you will see it needed a little help getting out.
