Garage Fire - 14000 block Old Columbia Pike

Units from 15 were dispatched for the house on fire in the location of Old Briggs Chaney Road and Old Columbia Pike around 12 noon. Truck 715 arrived on location to find a two story detached garage/apartment with fire showing from the first floor. Engine 715B laid out and ran a crosslay into the structure while the Truck was removing ply-wood and exterior security devices, throwing ladders, and opening up. Rescue Squad 715 arrived on scene and performed a primary search which proved to be negative. All units from 15 operated for over 1 hour hitting hot-spots and overhauling.
