Several Trapped at Sandy Spring Road and McKnew Road

Burtonsville volunteers responded for a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Sandy Spring Road and McKnew Road. Units arrived on the scene and found a two vehicle accident with people trapped. There were multiple patients including two pediatric trauma patients. Several additional EMS transport units were requested. All patients were extricated in about twenty minutes.
