At 2040 hours Rescue Squad 15 was dispatched for a reported townhouse fire in the 200 block of Ninth Street. The first arriving engine company reported heavy fire showing from the second floor, Side Alpha. An aggressive interior operation ensued and the fire was bought under control quickly, preventing any significant extension to the two attached exposures. This fire was held with the initial box alarm companies. Rescue Squad 15 operated at the scene of this incident for about one and a half hours.
