Units responded to this collision at the intersection of Columbia Pike and Briggs Chaney Road. Originally dispatched as a pedestrian struck, E151 arrived on the scene and found the motor vehicle accident with one pinned and requested a rescue squad. The patient was extricated and flown to local trauma center.
