Units were dispatched at 0912 hours for a building fire at the Hampton Point Apartments in the 3300 block Hampton Point Drive. Units found heavy smoke conditions at the rental office/pool house. Units found a room off in the rental center and the fire was knocked down quickly with a single 1-3/4 inch hoseline. There was no extension beyond the room of origin and primary and secondary searches were completed with negative results.
