BVFD Receives Breaching and Breaking System for Rescue Squad

The BVFD received FEMA grant funding late last year for several equipment upgrades for Rescue Squad 15. One of those upgrades was a hydraulic breaching and breaking system that includes jackhammers, core drills, concrete cutting chain saws and a concrete cut-off saw. The equipment is manufactured by Stanley Tools and was delivered today. Personnel received training with the sales representative, Ditch Witch of the Carolinas.
