Engine Company 15 responded to this two alarm fire in 9000 block of Whiskey Bottom Road for a fire at the Dreyers Ice Cream Plant. Upon arrivial it was determined that the fire was in the roof area of the administrative portion of the plant. Units pulled ceiling from the interior to access the fire as other crew members worked on the roof. The fire was confined to the area of the plant that was under construction. Quick work by the first arriving units left little work for the second alarm units. Damage was estimated at over $500,000.
