Just before Truck 15 was dispatched as the first due truck for a reported house on fire in the 15700 block of Jera Place. First arriving Engine 103 reported fire showing from the attached garage. As units were attacking the fire in the garage, they located a victim, an adult male, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The bulk of the fire was knocked down quickly, with no extention to the remainder of the house.
