Truck 15 responded for a report of smoke coming from American Legion Post #28 in Beltsville this afternoon. Chief 31 arrived on the scene with heavy smoke showing. The rear of the building was well involved upon arrival. Engine Companies responding on this incident made quick work of this fire despite unfavorable conditions upon arrival and a delay in the arrival of special services. Units remained on the scene for quite some time.
